Policies

  • Please review service descriptions carefully before booking. Some services require a consultation prior to confirmation. Prices and service times are listed during booking.

  • All wigs must be dropped off at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to your scheduled appointment.

    Wigs not received within this timeframe may result in appointment rescheduling.

  • To preserve a calm and professional studio environment, additional guests are not permitted unless approved in advance. Please arrive alone for your appointment unless your service requires otherwise.

    We appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to provide focused, high-quality service to every client.

  • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

    Deposits are applied toward your final service total and are non-transferable.

  • We require 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment.

    Appointments changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit deposits.

  • We accept:

    • Cash

    • Credit/Debit Cards

    • Apple Pay

    • Cash App

    • Zelle

    • Klarna

    Full payment is due at the end of your service.

  • A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed.

    After 15 minutes, a late fee may be added to your service, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

    No-call / no-shows may be restricted from future bookings.
